Jack Day
Jack founded the company in 2015 with the mission of providing expert stakeholder engagement and public consultation services for infrastructure planning and construction projects.
Having spent 10+ years leading teams on UK mega-projects such as Crossrail, Crossrail 2, the Lower Thames Crossing, High Speed 2 and Thames Water he brings in-depth and practical insight on engagement and consultation matters during the planning, consenting and delivery phases of projects.

David Eve
David is Development Director and Chairman of the board. He is a chartered civil engineer and qualified project manager and brings more than 20 years of design, management and construction experience to the team. David is responsible for marketing and developing the business as wells as staff development. David is particularly passionate about training our teams to deepen their understanding of modern design and construction techniques for large-scale, complex infrastructure.

Glenn Tobin
Glenn is our Operations Director, developing and overseeing community & stakeholder engagement strategies for high profile and often contentious infrastructure projects. He has experience at both the planning and delivery stages of projects which gives him a greater understanding of likely factors that could impact projects in the long and short term.
Projects include TfL’s Cycle Superhighways rollout, Crossrail 2, Crossrail, High Speed 2 and Heathrow Airports expansion team on their proposals for a third runway. Glenn previously served as a Police Officer in the Metropolitan Police service where he focused heavily on Community Policing.
