Jack Day

Jack founded the company in 2015 with the mission of providing expert stakeholder engagement and public consultation services for infrastructure planning and construction projects.

Having spent 10+ years leading teams on UK mega-projects such as Crossrail, Crossrail 2, the Lower Thames Crossing and High Speed 2, he brings in-depth and practical insight on engagement and consultation matters during the planning, consenting and delivery phases of projects.

Jenny Songi

Jenny is a senior consultant leading Queenswood’s activities on marketing and communications for our clients. She has over 20 years’ experience, primarily in the infrastructure sector on complex, high profile projects such as Crossrail and High Speed 1, plus global experience working for engineering giants Bechtel and Atkins. She also works in the health sector supporting organisations charged with delivering innovation in the NHS.

Strengths: great people skills, proactive, creative thinker.

Glenn Tobin

Glenn is a Senior Community Engagement specialist who creates and implements community & stakeholder engagement strategies for high profile and often contentious infrastructure projects. He has experience at both the planning and delivery stages of projects which gives him a greater understanding of likely factors that could impact projects in the long and short term.

Projects include TfL’s Cycle Superhighways rollout, Crossrail 2, Crossrail and Heathrow Airports expansion team on their proposals for a third runway.

Glenn previously served as a Police Officer in the Metropolitan Police service for 8 years where he focused heavily on Community Policing. Glenn embeds himself within the community which then allows him to understand their concerns but also enables him to identify possible opportunities that would enhance the projects reputation and opinion within those communities.
